This is for states requiring both Reg and Permit Numbers, and is a Yellow label for articles containing all secondhand material and offered for sale or rent "as is" and required to be sanitized or disinfected. This is a 2.25" x 4" YELLOW label with black print, available on synthetic Tyvek or Self-Adhesive label stock.
